Sales Tax Policy

U.S. Tax:

We collect state sales tax when shipping to the state of Florida.

International Tax:

All International orders may subject to import fees, duty, customs, VAT charges or additional taxes when the package arrives in the country of their shipping destination. Leisure Pro is not responsible nor can we offer any specific advice on fees or additional taxes that you may be charged when your merchandise arrives.

We cannot make refunds to customers who do not receive shipments because they have declined to pay these costs.

We recommend that you contact the appropriate government agency for your country/locale before placing your order and ask for information about these potential charges, so you know in advance what your total charges will be.

If an international shipment is refused and/or returned, any taxes, duties, custom fees, brokerage fees or shipping charges incurred from this return, will be the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Policy

Tackle Shack buyers find the best products at the lowest possible prices wherever they are. Since (sometimes) that means that we do not buy it directly from the manufacturer, nor are we authorized by them to sell their products, so we are not bound by the official/unofficial manufacturer's suggested retail prices, and we can pass on the tremendous savings to you. In some instances the product will come without an English language manual or manufacturer's warrantee cards valid in the United States. In those cases, we provide our own Tackle Shack warranty which offers equal or greater protection.

General Information and Misprints

By placing an order you're making an offer to purchase items from our catalog or web site. If we accept your offer, it will be ruled by the laws of the State of Florida, which will apply to this transaction as well as to any dispute that could arise.

Tackle Shack makes no warranty, either expressed or implied, of merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose, and none shall be implied by law. Final determination of suitability of any item sold for the use contemplated by purchaser is the sole responsibility of the purchaser, and Seller shall have no responsibility in connection with such determination.

If you don't agree to these terms, then don't open the package. Send it back to us within five days by UPS Ground Service, and we'll give you a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling.

Misprints:

Tackle Shack promises excellent service and highest quality at the lowest price.

We make every effort to provide you with an error-free catalog and website. If there is an error, we are responsible for correcting the misprint or pricing to reflect the actual current status. Pictures are provided for illustration purposes only, and may not be exact. Illustrations are provided to display the products, and may include items not necessarily included in the purchase price.

Specifications may change without notice. Items in this catalog and web site come from various sources around the world. We're bound to fluctuating currency exchange rates which occasionally affect prices. And some products are discontinued without our prior knowledge. All items offered for sale are subject to availability. If we find an item in your order has changed, we'll notify you immediately.
